TERM AND CONDITIONS

The purchase of all goods from Georgia Office products are subject to the terms and conditions as stated below. By accepting delivery of any goods, it is understood that the Terms and Conditions are satisfactory to and accepted by the Customer.

1.No minimum amount is required for ordering. There is a $5.00 handling charge placed on all orders under $50.00.

2.Any items backordered will be shipped as soon as available in stock unless the backorder is cancelled by the customer. All backorders over 60 days old are automatically cancelled. All backorders under $20.00 total are cancelled.

1.New office machines are warrantied by each manufacturer and should be returned to the manufacturer's service center when service is needed. A listing of addresses, telephone numbers, and/or links to manufacturer's websites is available on the Georgia Office Products website. Some of our manufacturers do allow us to give 'over-the-counter' exchanges for "defective when opened" products. Customer prepays freight to Georgia Office Products on any returns. Call us for details.

2.The sale of all goods is made on the express understanding that there is no implied warranty of merchant ability or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The Customer acknowledges that he is not relying on Georgia Office Product's skill or judgment to select or furnish goods suitable for any particular purpose and that there are no warranties that extend beyond that set forth on the product packaging, if any.

1. NO RETURNS are accepted by Georgia Office Products After 30 DAYS. (See below for details)

2. An invoice for freight and a restocking fee will be issued on any shipment refused by the customer unless an error was made by Georgia Office Products.

3. Any package (product) sent to us for any reason without an authorization number from us on the outside of the box will be refused. Any authorized return will be subject to a 15% restocking charge, unless the value of the returned merchandise is $30 or less, in which case a flat $10 processing fee will be charged by Georgia Office Products. The return must be in the original sealed carton. Call or e-mail us for your return authorization number. No returns issued for opened boxes.

4. Georgia Office Product's liability for breach arising out of the sale of goods shall be limited to the purchase price of goods. In no event shall Georgia Office Products be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect or other damages (including without limitation loss of profit) whether or not Georgia Office Products has been advised of the possibility of such loss, however caused, whether for breach or repudiation of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, failure to deliver or under any other theory of liability.
